1. Business Use

OOOLights is a decorative lighting manufacturer and B2B supplier. Our website is intended for wholesale buyers, retailers, distributors, project buyers, seasonal program planners, and professional sourcing teams. Product information on this website is for business inquiry and reference purposes.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, application notes, and service information. However, product appearance, packaging, materials, technical details, certifications, and availability may vary by production batch, destination market, customization request, and final order confirmation.

Images on the website are for visual reference. Final specifications, samples, packaging, labeling, certification documents, price, and delivery schedule must be confirmed in writing before production or shipment.

3. Quotations and Orders

Prices, minimum order quantities, sample fees, tooling costs, packaging costs, delivery terms, and lead times are provided through written quotation or order confirmation. A quotation is not a binding order until both parties confirm the order details, payment terms, and production requirements.

For custom, OEM, ODM, private label, or project orders, the buyer is responsible for confirming specifications, artwork, packaging, compliance needs, destination market requirements, and sample approval before mass production.

4. Samples

Samples may be provided for product review, quality evaluation, and project confirmation. Sample availability, sample cost, shipping cost, and sample lead time depend on the product model, stock status, customization level, and destination.

5. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed case by case. Production, sample preparation, or shipment may require deposit, full payment, or other agreed payment terms. Bank charges, currency conversion fees, customs duties, taxes, and import costs may be the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery terms, carrier selection, estimated lead times, and responsibility for freight, duties, and insurance are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.

7. Returns, Refunds, and After-Sales Support

B2B lighting orders, especially custom, OEM, ODM, private label, made-to-order, or bulk production orders, may not be eligible for return without quality reasons. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for the process and conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, product images, layout, graphics, and brand materials, is owned by or licensed to OOOLights unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, or use our content for misleading, competitive, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

If you provide logos, packaging artwork, product drawings, reference images, or custom designs, you confirm that you have the right to use and provide those materials. OOOLights is not responsible for third-party intellectual property claims caused by buyer-supplied materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OOOLights is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of market opportunity. Any liability related to a confirmed order is limited to the value of the affected goods, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

OOOLights is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, port congestion, epidemics, war, regulatory changes, power shortages, material shortages, or carrier delays.
