This Shipping Policy explains the general shipping process for OOOLights B2B decorative lighting samples, wholesale orders, custom projects, and seasonal lighting programs. Final shipping terms, costs, and schedules are confirmed in each quotation or order confirmation.
1. Shipping Scope
OOOLights works with buyers in multiple markets and can support international shipments from China, as well as selected US warehouse options when available for specific products or programs. Shipping availability depends on order type, destination, product status, quantity, and agreed delivery terms.
2. Sample Lead Time
Sample lead time depends on product availability and customization requirements.
- In-stock or standard samples: usually 3-10 business days before dispatch
- Adjusted samples, packaging samples, or custom samples: usually 7-20 business days before dispatch
- Complex OEM/ODM samples may require additional development time
Sample shipping time depends on courier, destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
3. Bulk Order Production Lead Time
For wholesale and project orders, estimated production lead time is generally counted after deposit, order confirmation, artwork confirmation, and sample approval where applicable.
- Standard ready-developed products: commonly 15-35 business days depending on quantity and season
- Custom packaging, private label, or adjusted specifications: commonly 25-45 business days
- Large seasonal programs, complex projects, or new developments: schedule confirmed case by case
Lead times are estimates and may change during peak season, material shortages, public holidays, carrier delays, or customs delays.
4. Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods may include:
- Express courier for samples and urgent small shipments
- Air freight for urgent B2B orders
- Sea freight for bulk wholesale shipments
- Rail, truck, or combined logistics routes where available
- US warehouse dispatch for selected ready-stock programs when available
The best shipping method depends on order size, destination, delivery deadline, product volume, battery or solar components, and buyer requirements.
5. Delivery Terms
Delivery terms are agreed in writing before order confirmation. Depending on the order and destination, terms may include EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, courier delivery, or other agreed arrangements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, local delivery fees, customs inspection costs, and destination charges.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are quoted based on destination, shipment method, volume, gross weight, packaging size, product type, and selected service level. For international shipments, final freight may vary due to carrier rate changes, fuel surcharge, customs inspection, or route changes.
7. Tracking and Documents
When available, we will provide tracking numbers, shipping updates, packing lists, commercial invoices, and other agreed shipping documents. For bulk export shipments, required documents should be confirmed before shipment.
8. Shipping Damage or Missing Cartons
If goods arrive with visible shipping damage, missing cartons, or abnormal packaging condition, please take photos and videos before opening or moving the goods. Contact us within 7 days after delivery with order information, carton photos, product photos, labels, and damage details.
We will assist with checking production records, packing records, carrier information, and possible compensation or replacement solutions according to the order terms and evidence provided.
